Transportation: From Nijni Novgorod to site IKRA Project organisation
Working schedule: 5 days in a week (later it may become 6 days in a week)
Должностные обязанности
• Install, configure and maintain PCs and workstations.
• Setup PCs IP configuration.
• Install Microsoft Office.
• Install specific software such as Acrobat, Primavera, etc.
• Install CAD software, AutoCAD and Microstation.
• Install Lotus Notes client on PCs.
• Connect PCs, printers and plotters to LAN.
• Install and configure printers and plotters.
• Setup printer configuration on PCs.
• Troubleshoot User’s problems (software, PC, printers, plotters, etc).
• Maintain printers (ink, toner, and drum).
• Provide first level maintenance for applications problems in order to serve as liaison between the local Users and the Site IT Lead.
• Provide first level troubleshooting network problems.
• Troubleshoot telephone basic problems.
• Operate LAN and telephone cross-connection
Требования к кандидату
- age: 25 / 35 old
- computer skills
- fluent in english is compulsory
- french language desirable
- experience in same area 3- 4 years
